About the Pathways Innovation Project

Do you have autism or learning difficulties? Would you like support to get into work, volunteering, or training?

If so, the Pathways Innovation Project could be for you! We offer support tailored to people with these specific needs, helping them outline their goals and find routes in order to achieve them.

Who we work with

  • Do you live in Tyne & Wear?
  • Are you aged 18+ and eligible to work in the UK?
  • Are you currently unemployed?
  • Is your autism or learning disability presenting as a barrier to work?

If this is you, please get in touch. A friendly team member will talk to you about your needs and discuss the support that can be offered.

The support we offer

If you are accepted onto the project, we will provide you with support to:

  • Develop plans to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Work out a plan of action to figure out a potential career path
  • Access to training and education
  • Help you to develop communication skills for the workplace
  • Create a CV, write applications, and develop interview skills
  • Experience the world of work through supported work experience
  • Get involved in sports and leisure to increase health and boost your confidence
  • Have in-work support for up to 6 months
