About the Pathways Innovation Project

Do you have autism or learning difficulties and/or health issues? Would you like support to get into work, volunteering, or training?

If so, the Pathways Innovation Project could be for you! We offer support tailored to people with these specific needs and help them outline their goals and get closer to achieving them.

Who we work with

  • Do you live in Tyne & Wear?
  • Are you aged 18+ and eligible to work in the UK?
  • Are you currently unemployed?
  • Is your autism, learning need, or other disability stopping you from finding work?

If this is you, please get in touch. A friendly team member will talk to you about your needs and discuss the support that can be offered.

The support we offer

If you are accepted onto the project, we will provide you with support to:

  • Develop plans to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Develop communication skills for the workplace
  • Create a CV, write applications, and develop interview skills
  • Experience the world of work through supported work experience
  • Get involved in sports and leisure to increase health and boost your confidence
  • Have in-work support for up to 12 months
