Moving On Tyne & Wear (MOTW) has appointed a new Programme Manager to lead delivery until the Programme closes in late-2021.
After an external recruitment process, Nicola Barraclough, who was previously MOTW’s Quality and Performance Manager, has been formally appointed into this role after taking the helm as Interim Programme Manager for the last three months.
Nicola’s existing positive working relationships with MOTW delivery partners and staff has helped ensure a seamless management handover and will support continued collaborative working to maintain the high quality of service delivered to participants.
Nicola joined Moving On Tyne & Wear in late-2018 after spending over a decade in Project Management, Business Management and Delivery Support roles in NHS Scotland. Along with her existing knowledge of the Programme, she brings a wealth of project delivery, performance management and quality improvement knowledge and experience to this role.
Nicola is excited to lead MOTW over the next 18 months, to ensure the successful delivery of the Programme’s aims and objectives and to support even more unemployed people with health barriers move closer to the job market.
