Against a challenging backdrop of public and voluntary sector funding cuts, scare resources and high levels of service demand, creative ways of working have never been more pertinent to ensuring communities continue to receive much needed support.

Collaboration provides a vital tool to achieve more, with less.

Hosted by the North East Leaders Network for Social Change (see below for further details), the North East Collaboration Conference provides a unique opportunity to convene businesses and community organisations to share good practice, discuss opportunities and challenges around collaboration and enhance networks to aid collaborative working.

Lyn Cole is your host for the North East Collaboration Conference. Lyn is a self-employed coach and management consultant. She is also a Director of GLT Partners Ltd, which is a support agency for charities, social enterprises, community businesses, public and private companies.

In addition, she is Deputy Chair of the Appointments Committee of the General Pharmaceutical Council. She also holds other non-executive posts including the South Tyneside NHS Foundation Trust; EY Foundation and Millfield House Foundation.
