If you live in Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, North Tyneside or South Tyneside you could be eligible for free one-to-one employment support.  Get in touch with the team today by completing our online form or give us a call on 0191 217 3206.

What We Do

Our team of experienced Navigators work with people on an individual basis to give them the bespoke support and advice they need in order to meet their personal employment-related goals. They’re supported and encouraged to access the help needed to address their physical or mental health issues, boosting self-esteem and allowing them to enter volunteering, job or training opportunities with increased confidence. Each participant journey is different, and we’re here to help in whatever way we can.

  • Thanks to MOTW I'm currently on my way to my dream job, something I always considered to be a long term goal. I can't recommend their support enough!

  • Thank you for your hard work, I wouldn't have had this job/future without you, seriously can't emphasise it enough!

    Pathways Participant
  • MOTW is an amazing service which enabled me to get into work (with relative ease). My work coach was informed, polite and encouraging.

  • My navigator who has built my confidence, inspired me to believe in myself. Also encouraged me to do courses and voluntary work all of which have helped me to build my self esteem and given me a feeling of self worth.

  • I'm made to feel like I matter, and I've been put in touch with things I didn't know I could access before.
