At Moving On Tyne & Wear, we can support you to manage your health issues and help you to overcome barriers to training, education, volunteering, or employment.
Our North Tyneside Navigators will take the time to understand your needs and support you, as well as work with local employers to create new opportunities.
Who we work with
Are physical or mental health issues keeping you out of work?
Are you a resident of North Tyneside?
Are you aged 25 or over?
Do you have the right to work in the UK?
If so, Moving On Tyne & Wear could be for you. Our North Tyneside team is committed to helping you to overcome the barriers that have prevented you from finding work or getting training before. We will work hard to make sure you get the support you need as quickly as possible.
How we will work together
Once you are accepted onto the programme, you will be assigned a Navigator who will give you one-to-one support and work with you to create a tailor-made approach to your development.
Your Navigator will strive to help you achieve your goals, keeping you at the centre of everything you do together. They can link you into specialist support services to build on your existing skills and help you to move on.
Please note that any benefits you are currently receiving will not be affected by engaging with our programme.
